MBS Direct now offers online chat. If you have a question while anywhere on your school’s virtual bookstore you can simply click the “Live Help” button on the top navigation bar. Once activated, simply enter your name and start chatting to have an MBS Direct customer service representative answer your questions about ordering, textbook buyback, your account, or a range of others. The MBS Direct chat feature is available during normal hours of operation.
